This is a beautiful vintage Thai wooden Devata statue, carefully hand-carved and presented inside a protective glass display case with a wooden base and red velvet platform. The piece was sourced from a Japan Government Auction, where it was part of a private collection.

The figure represents a Devata, a celestial being often depicted in Thai and Southeast Asian temple art. Devata figures symbolize protection, grace, and spiritual harmony and are frequently seen decorating temples and sacred architecture throughout Thailand.
