Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our items:

We strongly encourage customers to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
✅ Exceptions (If Applicable)
We will gladly assist you in the rare case that:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping
- The item received is significantly different from the description
📩 In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review the case and provide a fair resolution (refund or partial refund if approved).
📦 Shipping Damage Claims
All items are shipped via fully insured Japan EMS Express, so in the event of damage:
- A claim may be filed with the carrier
- We will assist you through the process step-by-step
