This authentic and extremely rare Bizen-yaki (備前焼) incense burner, known in Japanese as a Kōro (香炉), was handcrafted in Japan during the 1940s.

Bizen Ware is one of Japan's oldest and most celebrated pottery traditions, with a history spanning over 1,000 years.
